Using StockTally

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for the accuracy and legality of information you enter into the service. You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt its operation or use it unlawfully.

Business records

StockTally is a productivity tool. You remain responsible for verifying your inventory, invoices, tax treatment, accounting records and other business information and for meeting legal, tax and regulatory obligations that apply to your business.

Availability

We may update, improve or change features over time. Service availability can be affected by maintenance, networks, third-party services or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Subscriptions

Paid features, trial periods, renewal, pricing and cancellation are governed by the terms shown at purchase and any applicable app-store or payment-provider terms.

Intellectual property

StockTally, its branding, software and website content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of StockTally intellectual property to users.
